WooCommerce already runs a huge share of small online stores, and it is a perfectly good storefront for digital licenses — except for the fulfilment gap: when a customer pays, someone still has to send the key. Our WordPress plugin closes that gap by connecting your WooCommerce store directly to our fulfilment API. Here is what it does and how a typical setup looks.
What the plugin automates
- Product linking. Map your WooCommerce products to items in our catalog. Your titles, images, prices and branding stay entirely yours — the mapping is invisible to customers.
- Order fulfilment. When an order reaches processing/completed status (i.e. payment confirmed), the plugin places the corresponding order via the API, paying from your reseller wallet.
- Delivery to the customer. The delivered key or account credentials attach to the order and go out in the order email — from your store's address, under your brand.
- Stock awareness. Products can reflect upstream availability so you are not selling stock that does not exist.
What a customer experiences
They buy from your website, pay through your payment gateway, and receive their license within minutes in a branded email — the same experience a big digital retailer offers. Your supplier (us) never appears anywhere in their journey.
Setting it up
- Prerequisites: a WordPress site with WooCommerce, and a reseller API account with wallet balance (see /api-docs for registration).
- Install the plugin and enter your API key in its settings page.
- Map products: for each WooCommerce product you want auto-fulfilled, select the matching catalog item from the plugin's product picker.
- Test with a real order at a token price: pay, watch the order fulfil, check the delivery email formatting. Fix the template before real customers see it.
Tip: keep manual fulfilment as a documented fallback. If your wallet runs dry or an item goes out of stock, the order stays unfulfilled — decide in advance how you get alerted and how quickly you intervene by hand.
Pricing strategy on your side
Your margin is your retail price minus your reseller price, and it is fully under your control per product. Two practical notes: keep an eye on your effective margin after payment-gateway fees; and resist racing to the bottom — in this category, buyers pay a premium for a store that looks trustworthy and answers support messages, which is exactly what your WordPress site plus fast automated delivery provides.
Support and warranty
Failed keys are covered by the same replacement warranty as any API order — raise the issue with the order reference and pass the replacement to your customer. Your customers deal with you; you deal with us.
The plugin ships with our reseller program. Details and download are in the reseller area at /reseller, and the underlying API is documented at /api-docs.
